What is your turn around time?

Our typical turn around time for printed garments and embroidery is 7 working days from receipt of payment and approved artwork. A rush order service may be arranged if an order is needed sooner than our standard turnaround time.

 

Can you send me a sample?

We can provide blank garment and DTG samples. Unfortunately due to the time consuming/costly set up process of screen printing we are unable to offer screen printed samples. A proof will be provided for your approval to ensure the print dimensions/positioning/colours are to your liking.

 

What types of inks do you use?

We print using both plastisol and discharge inks.

 

Do you offer a re-labeling service?

Yes, we can manufacture and apply bespoke labels. These have a typical production time of 21 working days. A more time/cost effective alternative service we offer is the de-tagging and printing of your label inside the neck of the garment.

 

What brands do you stock?

We use Gildan Heavy & Softstyle T-shirts as standard, as they are great value for money. However, we have an extensive catalogue of brands available to us, so if you had a certain brand in mind or need guidance on finding the right garment for your needs we are happy to help.

 

What is your minimum order?

Our typical minimum order quantity on a single colour screen print is 10 units. Multi-colour/position jobs will have a higher MOQ.

 

What is your returns policy?

Please contact us immediately if you find a problem with your order. A refund or reprint may be offered depending on the fault.
